CASE STUDY

One notification feed,
and what ninety days of it returned

Ninja Transfers runs a single Atomato module: the notification feed. These are account totals for the period Atomato has revenue attribution for, not a controlled test, and every figure is taken straight from the dashboard.

RESULTS

One module, nine campaigns, ninety days

Everything on this page comes from NotiFeed. NotiSell, NotiPop and NotiEmail are not running on this account.

$92,749
Attributed revenue

Across 1,539 orders at an average of $60, each placed within six hours of a feed click.

$23,266
Best single campaign

“Buy 5 Blanks, Get 5 FREE Transfers”. A quarter of everything the feed earned.

This window is the ninety days Atomato has revenue attribution for, not the whole relationship. The earliest feed campaign has been live since January. Separately, $193,117 was added to carts after a feed click and never bought, which Atomato reports as abandoned rather than dropping it; attributed revenue is 32.44 percent of the two combined.

THE PROBLEM

A catalogue that changes
faster than anyone checks

Ninja Transfers sells DTF transfers, gang sheets and blank apparel to print shops, makers and side hustlers. It is a repeat-purchase business: the same customers come back week after week to order the next job.

That is the opportunity and the problem together. New blanks land, gang sheet sizes change, presses and pickup options get added, and a returning customer who knows exactly what they came for never sees any of it.

Email carries announcements, but it arrives when the customer is not buying. What was missing was somewhere on the store itself that could carry operational news to people already mid-order.

WHAT THEY SHIPPED

One feed, nine campaigns,
none of them discounts

Atomato runs as a single module here: NotiFeed, a bell in the header that a customer opens when they want it. Nine campaigns are live, all evergreen, all with no end date.

What they carry is product and operations news rather than offers: new blanks, 40 ft gang sheets, multi-upload, improved search, new heat presses, local pickup.

Discounts given across the whole window read as zero. The feed is not discounting the catalogue; it is telling a professional audience what changed.

WHAT CHANGED

How the campaigns actually run

There is no control group here, so nothing on this page claims a lift. What follows is how the account is set up: where the feed sits, and what it carries.

Placement

  • The feed lives behind a bell in the site header and is available on every template, so nothing covers the page and the messages wait until a customer opens them.
  • All nine campaigns are evergreen, scheduled onwards with no end date, so the feed reads as a standing channel rather than a campaign calendar.
  • No NotiSell, no NotiPop, no NotiEmail. One module, doing one job.

Message and audience

  • The messages are operational: new blanks, larger gang sheets, multi-upload, improved search, new heat presses and local pickup. Product news, not promotions.
  • The audience is professional and repeat-buying, so the useful thing is a channel they can check on their own terms rather than one that interrupts a job.
  • NotiEmail is not set up on this account, so there is no capture or welcome-offer channel in these numbers.
