HOW IT WORKS

From a few keywords to a description you keep

Generate text sits in the toolbar above the Description field in the campaign editor. It writes from the keywords you type and the tone you pick, and nothing goes into the Description field until you click Keep.

Open Generate text

Click Generate text above a Description field. A box headed Generate description opens.

Type the facts

Add the offer, the product and the dates in Features and keywords. You have up to 120 characters.

Pick a tone and generate

The tone starts on Casual. Switch to Warm, Friendly, Direct, Minimal or Light Playful if you like, then click Generate. Every tone is set up for short, conversational text.

Keep it or try again

When the text stops appearing, click Keep to put it in the Description field for you to edit, or Generate again for a new version.

FAQ

Questions about Generate text

Short answers on titles, plans, length, what it knows about your store and translations.

Does it write the title too?

No. Generate text writes the description only. The Title field is a plain text box that you fill in yourself, with up to 120 characters, or 70 on NotiSell.

Which plans include it?

Every plan, including Free. You'll find it in each campaign type your plan includes: NotiFeed and NotiPop on Free, NotiSell on Scale and Enterprise+, and the NotiEmail and NotiSMS signup steps on Enterprise+.

What does it know about my store?

Only what you type. It sees your keywords and the tone you pick, not your products, prices or dates, so put every fact in your keywords and check any detail it adds before you save. Your keywords are sent to an outside AI service to write the text, so leave out shopper names, email addresses and other personal details.

How long are the suggestions?

Short. A suggestion is cut off at about 200 characters, the same limit as the Description field, so it can stop mid-sentence. Click Generate again or finish the sentence yourself.

Will it change what I already wrote?

Only when you click Keep. Until then the suggestion stays in the Generate description box. Keep replaces everything in the Description field, so add links and bold text after you keep it. For the full walkthrough, see Write campaign text with AI.

Can it translate my campaigns?

No. On paid plans, Generate text also appears on the Translations page, but it writes new text from your keywords and doesn't see your original, so it won't translate it for you. See Translate your campaigns.
