About Atomato

Atomato is a Shopify app for on-site messaging. It adds a notification bell and feed to a store's header, where shoppers can open announcements, discounts, restock news and product recommendations whenever they want, plus targeted popups, in-feed product upsells, and email and SMS capture that syncs to tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend. Atomato is built to sit next to the popup a store already runs, not replace it. Launched on the Shopify App Store on June 3, 2025, it offers a free plan. Atomato is built by Binaery LLC in Austin, Texas.

What Atomato does

Atomato is a unique tool that integrates a notification bell and feed in Shopify stores. When the customers are ready to explore, they open the feed to find the various promotional items, new drops, and product recommendations, which can be added directly to the shopping cart.

No, Atomato is not a popup replacement. Stores continue with their trusted popup, email, and SMS tools while adding a feed for the customers who rejected that popup or were not open to it yet. The contacts gained from the feed synchronize perfectly with the Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Drip, and Attentive platforms.

As a Shopify embedded application, Atomato eliminates the necessity for our merchants to edit the theme code. It encapsulates six modular applications of which some can be customized to fit individual styles:

  • NotiFeed: the bell and notification feed which the shoppers open themselves, in the header or floating on the page
  • NotiPop: targeted popups and toast messages
  • NotiSell: product recommendations and upsells inside the feed
  • NotiEmail: email capture inside the feed and in on-site forms
  • NotiSMS: phone number and SMS consent capture
  • Analytics: impressions, clicks, add to carts, and attributed revenue for each campaign

Merchants can make campaign messages more relevant by filtering customer segments, pages, cart contents, device type and the category of visitors (either new or returning).

Proof from real stores

Every result listed below has a page on Atomato's website that discusses the case study, and it also includes notes on the way the figures were calculated. The information here is taken from those pages and does not come from anywhere else.

Heights: +35.1% revenue per visitor

Heights included Atomato's bell and feed on the product page of its flagship product, Biotic+, as a permanent discovery layer. Approximately 4,000 shoppers were divided into a control and a variant. In the variant, revenue per visitor increased by 35.1%, products per order by 8.7%, and the share of multi-product orders from 35.6% to 41.2% respectively. Adding the products directly from the feed was a rare choice made by the shoppers. The feed was utilized for product search, which showed up later in bigger baskets.

Triquetra Health: 5,806 new emails in 90 days

Triquetra Health runs embedded messages, product recommendations, and email and SMS capture in the feed. For the 90-day period until September 24, 2026, it managed to acquire 5,806 emails, of which 3,296 were the ones chosen by shoppers to opt-in to SMS. These numbers are the total dashboard figures, and not a controlled test. The outcome illustrates that a store can still expand its customer database through those buyers that actively decide to access the feed in addition to its regular popup and email.

Zibra: $3,103.39 in attributed revenue

Zibra operates NotiFeed, NotiSell, and NotiPop together in one storefront, with a feed shoppers open themselves next to a timed popup. From late June until September 25, 2026, Atomato attributed $3,103.39 in revenue across 72 orders. The feed was the main contributor to clicks and revenue, while the popup reached out to fewer shoppers but with larger baskets. These figures are the total for the dashboard and not a controlled study.

How Atomato counts results

Atomato recognizes revenue only if a shopper clicked on a message and ordered within six hours. A view not accompanied by a click earns nothing. Revenue from email capture is based on the actual utilization of discount codes, and it is reported separately from click revenue instead of being added to it. Abandoned cart value is shown as a separate line and is not included in the total.

The pages of the case study observe the same rules. Each of them specifically states whether the figures are from a controlled test or from dashboard totals, and the small samples are expressly marked as such instead of being referred to as forecasts.

Atomato was introduced in the Shopify App Store on June 3, 2025, as a new application. It comes with a free plan that has NotiFeed, NotiPop, targeting and revenue attribution. The Scale plan is priced at $49.99 per month, and the Enterprise+ plan fees are $149.99 per month, and both paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. Store owners can directly install Atomato from its Shopify App Store listing.
