CASE STUDY
Thirteen weeks of on-site messaging,
and what it actually returned
Triquetra runs Atomato across the storefront: messages in the feed, capture forms and discount codes. These are the account totals for the last ninety days rather than a controlled test, and every figure is taken straight from the dashboard.
RESULTS
Two revenue figures, counted two ways
Atomato reports these separately because they measure different things. They are not added together.
- $28,418.67
- Code revenue
- $30,437.43
- Confirmed revenue
From redeemed NotiEmail codes. 704 of 5,808 codes were used, a redemption rate of 12.1 percent.
From feed and recommendation clicks, counted inside six hours.
A further $55,673.03 of value was added to carts and never bought, which Atomato reports as abandoned rather than dropping it. Confirmed revenue is 35.35 percent of the two combined, which is the recovery rate shown on the dashboard.

Ninety days to 24 September 2026. Confirmed revenue counts purchases within six hours of a click. Code revenue counts orders where a NotiEmail code was redeemed. The two are measured differently and are not added together. Capture activity is reported on its own, so it is not inside the impression and click totals. All figures are USD.
“Before, we were limited to the homepage, disruptive popups, and a small announcement bar. Now, we can communicate a variety of messages to customers, regardless of where they land on site. The intuitive notification bell fits seamlessly within our site design, and gives us a noninvasive way to share new product launches, promotional events, and capture emails from site visitors.
We can’t wait to use it to help drive list growth ahead of peak sales periods!”
THE PROBLEM
Depth in the catalogue,
not much of it on screen
Triquetra sells more than twenty formulations, and the range is the point. L-Methylfolate alone runs 1 mg, 7.5 mg and 15 mg, in capsules and in liquid, with a kids' version and a full set of B-vitamin cofactors around it. Most shoppers arrive from search or an ad, land on a single product page, and never see the rest.
That capped two things at once. Discovery stayed inside whichever page a visitor happened to land on, and the welcome offer that brings people back sat behind a popup most of them closed before reading it.
Another popup was not the answer. Triquetra already runs email and SMS, and a second interruption would have cost more attention than it earned. What was missing was somewhere on the page a message could sit without taking the page over.
WHAT THEY SHIPPED
Three modules, and a place
for messages to wait
Atomato went live across the storefront in mid-June with three modules running: NotiFeed for the notification feed, NotiSell for product recommendations inside it, and NotiEmail for email and SMS capture. NotiEmail started on 2 July.
The feed sits behind a bell in the header, so nothing covers the page. Shoppers open it when they want it and the messages wait there until they do, which is why hovers are counted separately from clicks.
Inside the feed, NotiSell puts the rest of the range in front of someone who arrived for one product, and NotiEmail hands over the welcome code to anyone who wants it.
WHAT CHANGED
How the campaigns actually run
There is no control group here, so nothing on this page claims a lift. What follows is how the account is set up: where the messages sit, who sees them, and what they offer.
Placement
- The feed lives behind a bell in the site header and is available on every template, home, collection and product, rather than firing on entry.
- NotiSell recommendations run inside the feed, so the rest of the catalogue is shown in context instead of as another banner on the page.
- NotiEmail capture runs as its own step, and the discount code is generated at the moment of submission rather than drawn from a shared pool.
Offer and audience
- The welcome code is the primary offer, which is why redemption is reported as its own revenue line rather than folded into click-attributed revenue.
- Capture takes email first and SMS as a second step, so everyone who gave a phone number also gave an email. The two totals are not separate audiences.
- Campaigns run alongside Triquetra's existing email and SMS programme rather than replacing it. Atomato passes the contacts across and stays out of the send.
