Omnisend and Atomato
Omnisend is an email and SMS marketing platform. Connect it to Atomato and the email signups from your NotiEmail campaigns go to your Omnisend contacts, subscribed to email, with custom properties that record the campaign each one came from.
There's no list to pick, so each campaign needs one choice. Atomato doesn't use Omnisend data to decide who sees a campaign, and your emails keep sending from Omnisend.
What Atomato does with Omnisend

Phone numbers don't go to Omnisend, because Omnisend isn't offered in the SMS Opt-in step. Atomato adds no Omnisend tags, lists or segments, and your Disclosure Language isn't sent. Preview signups never reach Omnisend.

Where you set it up in Atomato
Connect Omnisend once, then choose it in the Email Opt-in step of any NotiEmail campaign.

Connect Omnisend once, then choose it in the Email Opt-in step of any NotiEmail campaign. Atomato only sends signups to Omnisend. It doesn't read Omnisend data to decide who sees a campaign.

Which plan do I need?
Integrations and NotiEmail are on Enterprise+, and legacy paid plans such as Grow and Pro keep them too. On Free and Scale, the Integrations page shows Integrations are on Enterprise+ with a Compare plans button. See pricing.
What does Atomato send to Omnisend?
For each signup, Atomato adds or updates a contact with the shopper's email address, and their first name if you switch on Collect first name. It also saves custom properties named with the campaign's ID: atomato_{id} set to notiemail, atomato_{id}_question for answers to a Question step and atomato_{id}_name for the first name. These are custom properties, not Omnisend tags. See what Atomato sends to your email platform.
What subscription status does a contact get?
Every email signup reaches Omnisend with the email channel status subscribed and the signup time, including an existing contact who had unsubscribed. Atomato also sets Omnisend's sendWelcomeMessage option to false, so set up any welcome email in Omnisend. Shoppers see your Disclosure Language under the form's buttons, and Omnisend doesn't receive that text. New campaigns start with sample disclosure text, so rewrite it for your form. Can Omnisend receive SMS signups?
No. Omnisend takes email signups only and isn't offered in the SMS Opt-in step. When the email step uses Omnisend, you can still send phone numbers to Klaviyo: connect Klaviyo from Integrations in Atomato. See NotiSMS and send SMS signups to Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
What happens when a shopper signs up again?
Omnisend updates the contact with their latest answers. A signup through a different campaign adds that campaign's atomato_ properties next to the first ones. Either way, the shopper moves on to your Success step, with the discount code if you added one.
How do I check signups are reaching Omnisend?
Preview signups are simulated and never reach Omnisend. Publish the campaign, sign up on your live store with an email address you own, then search your Omnisend contacts. If the form stays on the same step after you submit, the signup didn't reach Omnisend, and the shopper sees no error. Who can see my Omnisend API key?
Atomato saves the key and shows it in full on the Omnisend Integration page to anyone who can open Atomato. Use a key made only for Atomato. Where Omnisend lets you limit a key, give it Contacts · Read, Contacts · Write and Tags · Write. Disconnecting doesn't pause NotiEmail campaigns that use Omnisend, and their new signups fail, so pause or switch those campaigns first, then click Disconnect and revoke the key in Omnisend. Which other tools does Atomato connect to?
