Which templates are on my plan?
NotiFeed and NotiPop templates and Schedule a store update are on every plan, Starter included. NotiSell templates need Scale or Enterprise+, and the NotiEmail and NotiSMS signups need Enterprise+. On a lower plan, a goal shows the plan it needs with Upgrade to unlock. See pricing.
Do templates create discount codes?
One template turns on a discount by itself: NotiSell Bestseller Spotlight comes with a 10% automatic discount titled Welcome 10 for items added from the message, which you can change or turn off. Amounts, codes and dates in other templates are sample copy. Set up the discount in Shopify and replace the sample with your own. First Order Discount and the SMS signups show a Shopify discount you choose on the Success step.
Can I change a template after I pick it?
Yes. A template fills in a new campaign, and you can change the text, buttons, targeting rules and timing before you click Save campaign. Some templates start with a rule you should check: Bestseller Spotlight in NotiFeed shows only on collection pages, and VIP List Signup starts with a Cart value rule to remove. Where are the SMS templates?
Under Grow my email & SMS list, click NotiSMS to see the text message templates. They collect phone numbers in the feed, and your SMS platform sends the texts. See grow your email and SMS list.
How many campaigns can I run on Starter?
On Starter, one NotiFeed campaign and one NotiPop campaign can be active, each with one message. Scale and Enterprise+ run more campaigns, each with several messages. See Atomato plans and pricing.
