CASE STUDY

A two-step welcome offer,
and what ninety days of it returned
YES runs Atomato email capture with a 10% welcome code, and since 24 September a notification feed beside it. These are account totals, not a controlled test, and every figure is taken straight from the dashboard.
RESULTS
One signup form, one feed, ninety days
Most of this page comes from NotiEmail, the email signup. NotiFeed went live on 24 September, so it has twelve days in this window. NotiSell and NotiPop are not running on this account.
- £16,435
- Revenue from codes
- 43%
- Codes redeemed
Across 757 orders that used a code from the signup, at an average of £22.
757 of the 1,762 unique codes the signup issued were used at checkout.
Each signup gets its own code, so a redeemed code ties the order to the signup, though some of those shoppers might have ordered anyway. Discounts on those orders came to £2,186, which leaves £14,248 after the discount. The signup has been live since 3 July. This window is the ninety days Atomato has revenue attribution for.
THE PROBLEM
A personal purchase,
on a site that explains first
YES makes certified organic intimate care for women: lubricants, a vaginal moisturiser and an intimate wash, sold through its UK store. Shoppers can browse by symptom, and the site has a section on vaginal dryness during menopause.
It is a considered purchase. The site answers questions on ingredients, certification and sensitive skin, so a product can be understood before it goes in the basket.
The welcome offer is built to suit that: easy to decline, and every address it collects goes to the YES list in Klaviyo.
WHAT THEY SHIPPED
A question first,
then the email field
NotiEmail opens with one question, “Ready to unlock 10% off?”, and two buttons, YES and NO, THANKS. Only shoppers who tap YES see the email field, and each signup gets a code of its own.
On 24 September a notification feed joined it, behind a bell that stays closed until a shopper opens it. It holds four evergreen messages: the Starter Set, Subscribe and save 15%, VM Vaginal Moisturiser and WB Water-Based Lubricant.
Each message leads with a reason to look, in the wording YES uses on its products, such as “pH matched, hormone and glycerine free” for VM, and links straight to the product or the range.

Window is 8 July to 5 October 2026, the ninety days Atomato has revenue attribution for. Code revenue counts orders that used a unique code from the signup. Feed revenue counts purchases within six hours of a feed click. NotiSell and NotiPop are not running on this account. Money is in GBP, rounded to the pound, so sums may differ by £1.
WHAT CHANGED
How the signup and the feed run
There is no control group here, so nothing on this page claims a lift. What follows is how the account is set up: what the signup asks, and what the feed carries.
The signup
- One question comes first, so a shopper who is not interested taps NO, THANKS and keeps browsing. 5,224 of the 16,307 forms shown were opened.
- Each signup gets its own code, so a redeemed code points back to a real signup. A shared code can be passed around, and its orders could come from anywhere.
- Addresses go to the YES list in Klaviyo. Atomato collects the address and shows the code on screen, and any email that follows is sent from Klaviyo.
The feed
- The bell stays closed until a shopper opens it, so nothing gets in the way of someone who is still reading.
- Two messages point to a single product, VM and WB. The other two offer a way in: the Starter Set for anyone unsure where to begin, and 15% off by subscription.
- In its first twelve days the feed recorded 253 clicks and 208 adds to cart, with 54 orders placed within six hours of a click.
