Atomato works with the tools in your stack

Enterprise+. Integrations come with the same plan as NotiEmail and NotiSMS, so the forms that collect signups and the tools that receive them arrive together. Legacy paid plans such as Grow and Pro keep integrations too. On Free or Scale, the Integrations page is locked, with a Compare plans button that opens Billing. If you move from Enterprise+ to Scale or Free, your integration settings stay saved for when you move back. See pricing and Atomato plans and pricing.

The email address or phone number the shopper entered, their first name if the form asks for it, the answer to a Question step and a marker with the campaign's ID. Klaviyo saves the marker as profile properties, Mailchimp as tags, Omnisend as custom properties and Drip as custom fields. Atomato sends it all when the shopper completes or skips the last step before Success, and keeps no list of signups itself, only counts for reporting. Shoppers see the Disclosure Language you write under the form's buttons. There is no checkbox: the shopper enters an email address or phone number and clicks the button. Mailchimp and Omnisend receive the contact with the status subscribed, including a contact who had unsubscribed. Klaviyo and Drip receive no subscription status. New campaigns start with sample disclosure text, so rewrite it for your form. What your wording and platform settings need to cover is a question for your legal adviser. Keys you save in Atomato, such as for Mailchimp, Omnisend, Drip or SKIO, are kept in Atomato's database and shown in full on the integration's page to anyone who can open Atomato in your Shopify admin. Atomato doesn't send them to your storefront. Use a key made only for Atomato, so you can replace or revoke it without affecting anything else, and limit which staff and collaborator accounts can open Atomato. Click Manage on the tool under Integrations, then Disconnect, and Atomato clears everything saved on that page. Email and SMS tools disconnect straight away. NotiEmail campaigns that send to that tool keep running, but new signups can't reach it and the shopper's form stays on the same step, so pause those campaigns or switch them to another tool first. SKIO asks you to confirm, then moves every NotiFeed and NotiPop campaign with SKIO rules to Draft, where they stay after you reconnect. See update or disconnect an integration.

No. Atomato collects signups on your store, inside the notification feed, and passes each contact to the platform you connected. Your emails, texts and flows keep running in that platform, and any popup you already use keeps running too. Atomato works alongside them. See does Atomato replace my popup, email or SMS app.

No. Atomato only sends signups to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend and Drip, and doesn't read data from them for targeting. SKIO works the other way round: Atomato reads subscription data from it, so NotiFeed and NotiPop messages can reach signed-in shoppers who match your SKIO rules. These tools are listed on the Integrations page in Atomato as Coming soon and can't be connected yet: Attentive, Postscript and Sendlane for email and SMS, Recharge for subscriptions, Rivo for loyalty, and Okendo, Yotpo and Loox for reviews.
