Which tools does Atomato integrate with?

See every tool Atomato connects to, what each one does, which are live and which are coming soon.

Atomato connects to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend and Drip, which receive the signups your NotiEmail campaigns collect, and to SKIO, which lets NotiFeed and NotiPop messages target subscribers. More tools, such as Attentive and Recharge, are listed as Coming soon.

Where to find integrations

In Atomato, click Integrations in the sidebar. The page lists every tool in four groups: Email & SMS Marketing, Subscriptions, Loyalty and Reviews & UGC.

The button on each card shows where that tool stands:

  • Connect: the tool is available but not linked yet. Click it to open the tool's setup page.
  • Manage, with a green Connected badge: the tool is linked. Click it to update its key or disconnect it.
  • Coming soon, greyed out: the tool can't be connected yet.

What each live integration does

Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend and Drip receive the contacts that shoppers enter in NotiEmail signup forms inside the feed:

  • Klaviyo receives email signups and NotiSMS phone numbers. You choose the Klaviyo list that new contacts join.
  • Mailchimp receives email signups into the audience you pick as the email list. It can take NotiSMS phone numbers too, but only in a campaign whose email step also sends to Mailchimp.
  • Omnisend receives email signups. There is no list to choose: contacts are added to your Omnisend account.
  • Drip receives email signups. It needs your Drip Account ID as well as an API key, and there is no list to choose.

Atomato only sends signups to these four. It doesn't read data from them to decide who sees a campaign. Each has its own setup guide, starting with Connect Klaviyo to Atomato, and phone numbers are covered in Send SMS signups to Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

SKIO works the other way round: Atomato reads your subscription data from it. NotiFeed and NotiPop messages can target subscribers with rules for Renewal date, Subscription cycles count, Days since cancel, Has active subscription and Loyalty points. Message text can also include SKIO details, such as the shopper's renewal date or loyalty credits. SKIO rules and SKIO details only work for shoppers who are signed in to their customer account. See Connect SKIO and show messages to subscribers.

Integrations that are coming soon

These tools are listed on the Integrations page but can't be connected yet:

  • Email & SMS Marketing: Attentive, Postscript and Sendlane
  • Subscriptions: Recharge
  • Loyalty: Rivo
  • Reviews & UGC: Okendo, Yotpo and Loox

Their cards show a greyed out Coming soon button, and Attentive is also greyed out when you choose an SMS platform in a campaign. If you need one of these tools, open Help & Support in Atomato and click Contact support to tell the team.

Which plan includes integrations

Integrations are part of Enterprise+, the same plan as NotiEmail and NotiSMS, so the forms that collect signups and the tools that receive them unlock together. Legacy paid plans such as Grow and Pro keep integrations too.

On Free or Scale, the Integrations page shows Integrations are on Enterprise+ with a Compare plans button that opens Billing. See Atomato plans and pricing. If you move from Enterprise+ to Scale or Free, your integration settings stay saved for when you move back.

How Atomato fits with the tools you already use

Atomato collects signups on your store, inside the notification feed, and passes each contact to the platform you connected, along with the campaign it came from and any answers to Question steps. Your emails, texts and flows keep running in those tools, and any popups you already use keep running too. Atomato works alongside them.

A NotiEmail signup. Each address goes to the email platform chosen in the campaign.

SKIO data goes the other way. Atomato reads it to decide which shoppers see a message, and doesn't send signups to SKIO.
