Klaviyo and Atomato
Klaviyo is an email and SMS marketing platform where stores keep customer profiles and lists. Connect it to Atomato and the email addresses and phone numbers shoppers give in your NotiEmail and NotiSMS signups join the Klaviyo list you pick in each campaign.
Every profile carries a property named after the campaign, so you can segment those signups and follow up with the emails, texts and flows you already run in Klaviyo. Atomato works alongside them.
What Atomato does with Klaviyo

Where you set it up in Atomato
Klaviyo shows up in the signup steps of every NotiEmail campaign.
The Email Opt-in step with Klaviyo connected and a list picked. Edit changes the list or the platform for this campaign only.
The SMS Opt-in step. Choose Klaviyo under SMS integrations, then pick the SMS audience new numbers join.
If the saved list can no longer be found in Klaviyo, the step says so. Pick another list or reconnect, then save the campaign.

Which plan includes the Klaviyo integration?
Integrations are part of Enterprise+, the same plan as NotiEmail and NotiSMS, so the forms that collect signups and the connection that receives them come together. Legacy paid plans such as Grow and Pro keep integrations too. On other plans, the Integrations page shows Integrations are on Enterprise+ with a Compare plans button. Does Atomato send a consent status to Klaviyo?
No. For an email signup, Atomato creates or updates the profile and adds it to your email list, with no email consent or subscription status. For an SMS signup, it puts the phone number on the profile and adds it to your SMS audience, with no SMS consent or subscription status. Shoppers see the Disclosure Language you write under the form's buttons, and Klaviyo doesn't receive that text. Check how your Klaviyo account treats contacts added without a consent status, especially phone numbers, and ask your legal adviser what your wording needs to cover. How do I find a campaign's signups in Klaviyo?
Open the list you picked in the campaign. Each profile has a custom property named atomato_ followed by the campaign's ID, such as atomato_128, so look among the profile's custom properties, not its tags. Once the campaign is saved, its Email Opt-in step shows that name under Email integrations. See what Atomato sends to your email platform.
Can Klaviyo receive SMS signups too?
Yes. Klaviyo works in any campaign with an SMS Opt-in step, where you pick the SMS audience new numbers join. When both steps use Klaviyo and a shopper gives an email address and a phone number, Atomato keeps them on one profile. If your email list and SMS audience are different lists, that profile joins both. If your email step uses another platform, Klaviyo gets the number without the email address. What happens when a shopper signs up twice?
Atomato checks the profile for the campaign's property first, so a repeat signup through the same campaign doesn't change the shopper's details. A signup through a different campaign adds that campaign's properties next to the first ones. Either way, the shopper moves on to your Success step, with the discount code if Add discount is on.
Does Atomato use Klaviyo data to decide who sees a message?
No. Atomato sends signups to Klaviyo and doesn't read Klaviyo data to target campaigns. Your Klaviyo emails, texts and flows keep running in Klaviyo, and Atomato works alongside them. To target NotiFeed and NotiPop messages by subscription, see the SKIO integration.
What if signups stop reaching Klaviyo?
A signup that fails shows the shopper no error: the form stays on the same step, and Atomato doesn't keep its own copy of the signup. Open the campaign's Email Opt-in or SMS Opt-in step, check for a Not connected or Disconnected badge or a list that's no longer available, then sign up again with a new address.
