Choose who gets Atomato email notifications

Atomato can email you when your campaigns or your plan change. Set it up in Atomato under Settings > Email notifications.

Add or remove recipients

Your store's contact email is added for you when you install Atomato.

1. Click Add recipient, type the email address, and click Save next to it.
2. Click Save at the bottom of the page to keep the change.

Each address has a menu, the three dots, with Turn off or Turn on, Send test and Delete. Changes to the list are only kept when you click Save at the bottom of the page. Send test sends an email with the subject Test Email straight away, and is available while the address is turned on.

Choose which campaign events send an email

Under Form notifications, tick the emails you want:

• Send an email when a campaign is live
• Send an email when a campaign is updated or deleted. This covers a campaign being updated, paused, cancelled or deleted.

Both start unticked. Tick the ones you want, then click Save. A third option, Send an email when a campaign is failed., is greyed out and can't be ticked yet.

Emails that always send

Addresses that are turned on also get emails about your account, whatever you tick: when your plan changes, when Atomato is uninstalled, and when a scheduled theme launch fails to publish.
