Cancel your plan or uninstall Atomato

There are two ways to stop paying for Atomato: move to the Free plan and keep using it, or uninstall it.

Stop paying and keep Atomato

1. In Atomato, go to Billing.
2. In the Cancel or downgrade card, click Downgrade to show the plans.
3. Click Downgrade to Free on the Free card.

There is no confirmation step: your paid subscription is cancelled as soon as you click, and your store moves to the Free plan. Change your plan explains what happens to your campaigns.

The Uninstall button in the same card does the same thing once you click Confirm in the Cancel Subscription dialog. It cancels your paid subscription and moves you to Free, but it doesn't remove the app or change your theme. To remove the app, uninstall it from Shopify.

Uninstall Atomato

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps.
2. Next to Atomato, open the menu and click Uninstall.
3. Confirm.

When you uninstall:

• Any paid Atomato subscription ends, and Shopify stops billing you for it.
• The bell, feed and messages stop showing on your store.
• Atomato emails the addresses turned on in Settings > Email notifications to ask for your feedback.

What happens to your data

Atomato keeps your campaign records, analytics and settings until Shopify asks it to delete your store's data, usually 48 hours after you uninstall, and then deletes them. Campaign messages stored in your Shopify store may be removed as soon as you uninstall, so don't count on getting campaigns back by reinstalling.

If you reinstall, you go through the setup guide and choose a plan again. If you reinstall before your data is deleted, your free trial isn't restarted: it keeps counting from when you first installed Atomato.
