How the free trial works
Paid Atomato plans start with a free trial of up to 14 days, counted from the day you first install the app.
Scale and Enterprise+ start with a free trial of up to 14 days. You can also stay on the Free plan for as long as you like, with no card required.
How the trial is counted
The trial starts on the day you first install Atomato, not on the day you choose a paid plan. If you choose Scale or Enterprise+ a few days after installing, the trial is shorter by those days, and 14 or more days after installing there is no trial.
Changing plans doesn't start a new trial. Neither does reinstalling Atomato before your store's data is deleted, which is usually 48 hours after you uninstall.
The plans on the Billing page always mention the standard 14-day trial. The days you actually have left are shown on Shopify's confirmation page before you approve.

If you cancel during the trial
If you move to the Free plan or uninstall Atomato before the trial ends, you are not charged. See Cancel your plan or uninstall Atomato.
When the trial ends
Shopify starts billing the plan you chose, monthly or yearly, and the charge appears on your Shopify bill.
