Find your way around the Atomato app

Where everything lives in the Atomato app, from Settings to Billing, and how to pin shortcuts to your tools.

Atomato is under Apps in your Shopify admin sidebar. Click Atomato for the home page, or pick a page from the menu below it: Campaigns, Create Campaign, Analytics, Help & Support, Integrations, Settings or Billing.

The Atomato menu

The home page warns you if the Atomato app embed is off, shows your results for the last 7 days once you have a campaign, and has a Create campaign button. The pages in the menu hold everything else:

  • Campaigns: every campaign in one list, with status tabs, search and filters. Click a campaign's name to see its summary, or use the Edit menu on its row to Edit, Duplicate as draft or Remove it.
  • Create Campaign: start from a goal under What are you trying to do?, or click Build your own campaign. Theme Launcher is further down, under Store tools.
  • Analytics: results for all your campaigns over a date range you choose, with a summary tab and a tab each for NotiFeed, NotiEmail, NotiSell and NotiPop.
  • Help & Support: walkthrough videos, an FAQ and Contact support.
  • Integrations: connect Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Drip or SKIO, on Enterprise+. Tools marked Coming soon can't be connected yet.
  • Settings: how your campaigns look, who gets Atomato's emails, and translations.
  • Billing: change or cancel your plan. On a paid plan, your billing history is here too.

Until you finish the setup guide, the menu shows only Billing, and clicking Atomato opens the setup guide. See Install Atomato on your Shopify store.

Settings

Settings opens on NotiFeed styling. Five tabs run along the top:

  • NotiFeed styling: the bell, where it sits in your store, and the feed. These settings also apply to NotiSell, NotiEmail and NotiSMS messages in the feed.
  • NotiSell styling: the product cards NotiSell shows in the feed.
  • NotiPop styling: how NotiPop messages look and where they appear.
  • Email notifications: who gets Atomato's email notifications, and which campaign changes trigger one.
  • Translations: your campaign text in your store's other languages, on Scale and above.
Settings > NotiFeed styling: where the bell sits, where it shows, and a live preview.

Styling applies to every campaign of that type, not to one campaign. The Design tab in the NotiFeed, NotiPop and NotiSell editors opens these styles in a window too, and saving there changes them for every campaign of that type. Choose bell placement is only in Settings. See Change how the feed and bell look.

To translate one campaign, click Translate at the top of its editor. The button shows when your store has more than one language, and works once the campaign is saved, on Scale and above. See Translate your campaigns into other languages.

Pin shortcuts to your tools

If you often start the same kind of campaign, pin it as a shortcut.

  1. Open any campaign editor. The campaign type sits beside the page title, with a down arrow.
  2. Click it to open a list of Atomato's tools. Clicking a tool's name starts a new campaign of that type.
  3. Click Pin next to a tool.
Switch to another campaign type from the editor. Pinned types appear as shortcuts at the top of Atomato's pages.

The tool now shows as a button at the top of campaign editors, the Settings pages and Help & Support. Click it to start a new campaign of that type. To remove it, open the same list and click Unpin.

Pins are saved in the browser you pinned them in, so on another computer or browser you set them again. If the buttons don't show on Settings or Help & Support, open any campaign editor first.

Video guides

The NotiFeed, NotiPop, NotiSell and Theme Launcher editors have a Video tutorial button at the top that plays a walkthrough of that editor.

Help & Support has the same walkthroughs, plus videos on installing Atomato and setting up translations, and a setup guide video for your first campaign. See Get help from the Atomato team for the full list and how to reach the team.
