Can I remove the Powered by Atomato branding?

Yes, by moving to a paid plan. The Powered by Atomato line shows only on the Free plan, and on Scale or Enterprise+ it disappears from your store automatically, with no setting to switch.

Where the branding appears

On the Free plan (called Starter in parts of the app), the feed that opens from the bell ends with a small Powered by line and the Atomato wordmark. It sits under your messages, whether they are NotiFeed, NotiSell or NotiEmail, and opens the Atomato website in a new tab when a shopper clicks it.

NotiPop messages never carry it. While you are on Free, you also see the line in the preview under Settings > NotiFeed styling.

How to remove it

There is no branding switch in Settings: it follows your plan. Scale and Enterprise+ both include Remove Atomato branding.

1. In Atomato, click Billing in the sidebar.
2. Click Upgrade to Scale or Upgrade to Enterprise+. If you haven't chosen a plan yet, the buttons read Start with Scale and Start with Enterprise+.
3. Approve the charge on Shopify's confirmation page.

As soon as Shopify confirms the new plan to Atomato, the line is gone from your store and the feed uses that space for messages. Reload a store page to check. Change your plan has the full steps, including monthly and annual billing, and Atomato plans and pricing compares what each plan includes.

If your store is on an older paid plan that Atomato no longer offers, the branding is already off.

What else opens up for your design

On Scale and Enterprise+ you can replace the default bell with your own icon:

1. Go to Settings > NotiFeed styling and open Visual Appearance.
2. Under Custom bell icon, paste your icon's SVG code into the SVG code field.
3. Click Save.

While a custom icon is set, Bell fill, Bell outline and Bell thickness are turned off. If you added the bell with Add using snippet, the icon is part of the code in your theme, so copy the snippet again and replace the old one.

The Font family fields in NotiFeed styling and NotiPop styling unlock at the same time. On Free, these fields and the bell icon field are locked. Change how the feed and bell look covers the other styling options.

If you move back to Free

The Powered by line returns, the bell goes back to the default icon unless you pasted it in with the snippet, and your NotiFeed and NotiPop colors go back to the defaults. Upgrade again and the line goes away on its own. Then check your colors and bell icon under Settings.
