- What is Atomato and what does it add to my Shopify store?Atomato adds a bell and feed, NotiPop messages, shoppable picks, signup forms and scheduled theme switches to your store.
- Does Atomato replace my popup, email or SMS app?No. Atomato runs alongside your popup, email and SMS apps and sends new contacts to the platform you already use.
- Will Atomato slow down my Shopify store?Atomato's main script loads in the background, its styles stay apart from your theme's, and your theme files are left alone.
- Does Atomato work with my Shopify theme?Atomato runs as an app embed. Here is how the bell finds your header, and what to check after you change themes.
- Does Atomato work on mobile?Yes. Set the bell and feed separately for mobile, target by device, and see where NotiPop sits on small screens.
- Can I hide the bell on some pages?Yes. Turn the bell off by device in Settings, or keep it off chosen pages with your feed campaigns' targeting rules.
- Does Atomato support multiple languages and currencies?Translate campaign copy into your store's languages on Scale and up. NotiSell prices follow each shopper's market.
- Does Atomato show on checkout, Shopify POS or headless stores?Atomato shows on your theme's pages, not in checkout, Shopify POS or headless stores. NotiSell discounts still apply at checkout.
- What shopper data does Atomato collect?What Atomato records about shoppers, what stays in their browser, how privacy choices apply and how data is deleted.
- Can I remove the Powered by Atomato branding?The Powered by Atomato line shows on the Free plan only. Scale and Enterprise+ remove it automatically.
- Can I A/B test campaigns in Atomato?No built-in A/B testing. Compare two versions by duplicating a campaign and running each one in its own time slot.
